About Sora

Sora Ecological Consulting Ltd is an environmental consulting company established in 2019 and based in Peace River, Alberta. With nearly 40 years of combined experience, Sora provides a wide variety of services in support of environmental consulting and management.

Our goal is to help Clients obtain the required approvals to start their Projects and adhere to the applicable compliance requirements. Our professional services include environmental assessments, design and mitigation planning, federal, provincial, and municipal permitting, and compliance management. Our team is comprised of a variety of Environmental and Regulatory Experts; Biologists, Soil Scientists, and GIS Technicians. We are extremely proud of our customer service culture where we have long-term relationships with our clients based on trust, honesty and a collaborative approach to problem solving. 

Sora Ecological Consulting is SECOR certified. All team members adhere to company safe work policies, in addition to following site-specific safety. Staff come with full protective equipment and meet or exceed provincial safety certification requirements for clients, worksites, and SECOR requirements.
